Shipping
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states from our domestic warehouse.
Orders are typically processed within 3–8 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email with real-time updates.

Order Issues
We take great care in packaging every order, but if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’re here to help.
Cancellations & Edits
We begin preparing your order shortly after it’s placed to ensure timely delivery.
As a result, cancellations or edits can only be accommodated within 2 hours of purchase.

We currently ship within the United States only, but we’re actively working to make YarnGi available around the world. 🌍
Please note that any international orders placed via third-party freight forwarding services are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or customer support through our main website.
