Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states from our domestic warehouse. Orders are typically processed within 3–8 business days. During peak seasons or promotions, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Returns & Exchanges
We gladly accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging
- Please note that all custom, made-to-order, and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

Include both of your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days.
Please contact us before sending any returns.
Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Please note it may take an additional 7–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 5 days of delivery.

Each YarnGi piece is crafted with care, often in small batches or by hand.
As a result, subtle variations in color, stitching, or texture may occur — these are not defects, but part of each item’s character.
Colors may also appear differently depending on your screen settings.
