This pillow features Ripple Dye — a water-pattern resist-dye technique commonly found in Bai tie-dye traditions. Known locally as water ripple, the pattern is created through precise folding and binding before dyeing, allowing indigo to flow unevenly across the fabric surface.

Because the pattern emerges through the movement of dye and water rather than a fixed stencil, no two pieces are ever the same. Each pillow carries subtle variations in rhythm and density, echoing reflections found in lakes, streams, and mountain water landscapes.
